Paw Palace is ****mers

I have made numerous enquiries regarding my purchase of 29 November already. According to their website delivery takes 2 days after payment is confirmed. The payment was made on 29 November already and now more than 2 weeks later I have still not receive anything or feedback on my enquiries.

There is no telephone/cell number to contact and speak to someone and all emails are ignored.
