ABSOLUTE RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL STAFF & MANAGER.

My husband went to collect an item on behalf of a friend and the manner in which he was treated was absolutely disrespectful.

The lady behind the counter clearly battled with her maths and when my husband tried to correct her, she blatantly lifted her hand up and kept telling him "just wait" repeatedly.

She took the item which he went to collect for a friend and just "chucked it in front of him" and did not even give my husband his change because she insisted the "change" was for "card fees"?!?!

I called to speak to the manager whom was of absolute no assistance whatsoever and said he was in the office when the incident occurred, yet when I requested the woman's name - he refused to give it to me and told me that she was not rude as he was there, which is a complete contradiction and lie because he was in the back office and the rude woman who "assisted" my husband still shouted to him "what is your supervisor code".

He threatened to open a lawsuit of defamation of character if I proceed with posting about their horrendous lack of customer service on social media and hellopeter.com - well, here it is.

People struggle every single day and if this is how they treat a person who assisted a friend in collecting an item on his behalf, then I don't want to know how they treat their clients who turn to them as a last resort.

As I told her, the only reason my husband did not say a word to you during your rude behaviour is merely because he is a gentleman and will never disrespect or raise his voice to a woman and instead politely took the item and left after she "chucked" it in front of him, refused to give him his change, told him repeatedly to "just wait", while waving her hand in front of him and treated him with no respect or common courtesy.

I feel terrible for their clients who turn to them during hardships if this is how they treat people.
