Pathetic useless “SLOW FOOD “
This is not the first time Whenever they have their pop up stores in Port shepstone , its an absolute circus. No organisation and planning whatsoever. Service is beyond pathetic. Most of the time customers get frustrated and just leave.wait for hours for “Fast food” , which im sure most of us planned for dinner . Thank you prawn star For NOTHING..!

Pathetic useless “SLOW FOOD “
This is not the first time Whenever they have their pop up stores in Port shepstone , its an absolute circus. No organisation and planning whatsoever. Service is beyond pathetic. Most of the time customers get frustrated and just leave.wait for hours for “Fast food” , which im sure most of us planned for dinner . Thank you prawn star For NOTHING..!

I went to pawn star to purchase a new lounge suite where i was told they were "brand new" then only to be told by 'junior as i assume to be the manager' it is 2nd hand, for them it might be just another sale, but for me as a customer its ****ing hard working money, this is not the last they gonna hear from me

Pawn Star - PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!
I contacted the branch on Monday to enquire about a table and chair set that I was interested in purchasing, a gentleman by the name of Kevin assisted me in giving me the measurements so I could see if it was going to fit in my car without having to hire a bakkie. When I called back to male arrangements the next morning, I couldn't get through to the number listed on the internet. I called numerous times, sent messages on messenger, eventually called around 10am again l, got through to receptionist Whitney who said she gave him the message and he will call but he never did. In the meantime Helen and Sam were responding to my watsapp messages saying they were busy dealing with important customers implying that I was not important. I then ca the landlone again and the receptionist told me he was still out, but FYI the table and chair was sold, how did she know what I was calling about as I never told her, it was clear that no one wanted to help. I am appaled at the level of service I received, which I made clear in a message to them, only to be told that I must never contact them again and that I need professional help!!! Still not sure why I need professional help, I've requested in numerous platforms for the branch manager to call me. I deserve and apology from his disrespectful staff as no customer deserves.such treatment.

Pawn Star - Cnr Trichardt and Northrand Road
AVOID PAWN STARS - Cnr of Nortrand Road and Trichardt Boksburg. ABSOLUTE RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL STAFF & MANAGER. My husband went to collect an item on behalf of a friend and the manner in which he was treated was absolutely disrespectful. The lady behind the counter clearly battled with her maths and when my husband tried to correct her, she blatantly lifted her hand up and kept telling him "just wait" repeatedly. She took the item which he went to collect for a friend and just "chucked it in front of him" and did not even give my husband his change because she insisted the "change" was for "card fees"?!?! I called to speak to the manager whom was of absolute no assistance whatsoever and said he was in the office when the incident occurred, yet when I requested the woman's name - he refused to give it to me and told me that she was not rude as he was there, which is a complete contradiction and lie because he was in the back office and the rude woman who "assisted" my husband still shouted to him "what is your supervisor code". He threatened to open a lawsuit of defamation of character if I proceed with posting about their horrendous lack of customer service on social media and hellopeter.com - well, here it is. People struggle every single day and if this is how they treat a person who assisted a friend in collecting an item on his behalf, then I don't want to know how they treat their clients who turn to them as a last resort. As I told her, the only reason my husband did not say a word to you during your rude behaviour is merely because he is a gentleman and will never disrespect or raise his voice to a woman and instead politely took the item and left after she "chucked" it in front of him, refused to give him his change, told him repeatedly to "just wait", while waving her hand in front of him and treated him with no respect or common courtesy. I feel terrible for their clients who turn to them during hardships if this is how they treat people.

Rasheed at Pawn Stars in bonaero Park was a complete asshole!!
<p>Do not ever !!! go to Pawn Stars in bonaero Park the manger Rasheed was so rude to me and didnt want to help because his his too good enough to help anyone . I hope he has a slow painful death . Such an complete ***HOLE !!!</p>
