Since when can telkom refuse to do a sim swop because of an arrears on a different no that was on contract. Ive had this telkom no for more than 4 years. All my accounts are linked to this no. I can't access my Google account nothing. Ive lost so many customers due to not being able to get a sim swop done. Now who is going to pay that? Crypto ive been losing money on my bitcoin. The list goes on
Im not happy, ive been using supabets for a long time. But for sometime now ive been having issues with a payment i made in feb where the payment was canceled due to network problems but the payment was taken off my account and it was not credited to my supabets account! Now ive spoke to 10-15 different people about this and everytime i have to repeat myself! So i want this issue resolved
Rain service is really poor, they are quick to take your money but to refund your money back to your account, they take their time like ive been waiting 3 -4 months now to get my money back from them, where ive received a confirmation of refund on 17 nov 2021, so they say it takes 7-10 working days to reflect in my account and nothing ive contacted support so many times i dont get any feedback from them. I went to pawn star to purchase a new lounge suite where i was told they were "brand new" then only to be told by 'junior as i assume to be the manager' it is 2nd hand, for them it might be just another sale, but for me as a customer its ****ing hard working money, this is not the last they gonna hear from me
