I emailed the day spa for a booking for my anniversary in April. According to the website it doesn't say anything about prices changing due to seasonal change etc. In fact I wouldn't have minded, I just told the person I was chatting to on watsapp that it should be mentioned on the website to be fair on their customers who are booking. Especially on the packages they are advertising. I assume he is the owner, as his response to me was that he wishes not to have me on his property. I was so shocked about his disregard and terrible attitude over a watsapp just because of a simple statement I made. I've never even experienced a person in business respond is such an unprofessional manner. I wonder how he treats his guests or staff if this was just a query online, I can't imagine how he would respond if you are on-site and unhappy about something. Absolutely disgusted, he doesn't understand the power of word of mouth
I contacted the branch on Monday to enquire about a table and chair set that I was interested in purchasing, a gentleman by the name of Kevin assisted me in giving me the measurements so I could see if it was going to fit in my car without having to hire a bakkie. When I called back to male arrangements the next morning, I couldn't get through to the number listed on the internet. I called numerous times, sent messages on messenger, eventually called around 10am again l, got through to receptionist Whitney who said she gave him the message and he will call but he never did. In the meantime Helen and Sam were responding to my watsapp messages saying they were busy dealing with important customers implying that I was not important. I then ca the landlone again and the receptionist told me he was still out, but FYI the table and chair was sold, how did she know what I was calling about as I never told her, it was clear that no one wanted to help. I am appaled at the level of service I received, which I made clear in a message to them, only to be told that I must never contact them again and that I need professional help!!! Still not sure why I need professional help, I've requested in numerous platforms for the branch manager to call me. I deserve and apology from his disrespectful staff as no customer deserves.such treatment.
Milky lane cresta - NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS!!! My family and I have been utterly disgusted in the way Milky lane runs their business... A few months ago, we went there around 9pm only to find the shop was closed when they were supposed to be open til about 10pm, which I confirmed on the website before driving there.. I called Raffiq the store owner, only to be told that he had no staff to work til that time...??? REALLY?? Then again tonight my family and I took a drive once again around 7pm for the Tuesday waffle deal...only to be told that the special is over. No where on the adverti*****ts of the promotion did milky lane stipulate that the promo was ending. The staff was also very surprised as they said they were not aware that the deal was over... I called Raffiq once again, only to be told that head office changes things and dont notify the stores..WHAT KIND OF AN ANSWER IS THAT? THE PERSON WHO IS SUPPOSED TO GIVE YOU ANSWERS IS COMPLAINING HIMSELF...IM TRULY DISGUSTED THAT MILKY LANE COULD AFFORD TO RUN IN THIS MANNER..ESPECIALLY IN A HIGH PROFILE AREA SUCH AS CRESTA??? Inconvenienced twice at once branch....never going there again!
