I recommend Jurgens to my daughter. They always used to be helpfull but now im not so s****. My daughter spoke to Lorraine for advice. She was not very helpful at all. The way she talks to people is off putting.

Excellent service. But short staff
I realize that the covid 19 had a huge impact on our economy. And that a lot of companies have lost income. I have to congradulate all the staff working at Dis chem. Even through out the lockdown. They were working. And always helpful and friendly. What i do notice these days are, the lack of staff. And employees working under extreme pressure. The service always excellent but not as before the lockdown. Due to short staff.???

Not helpful
Never ask Andre to help you. He don't know how to talk to people. Definitely don't know how to deal with clients. Rude and unhelpful.
