Paws Palace- poor service, poorer quality

I placed an order early December- with an additional payment for express shipping. After countless emails following up on the order, requesting a contact number and eventually a refund- my order magically arrived on Friday 16/01.

Firstly, my address wasn’t given to the courier, simply my suburb causing much confusion for Aramex.

Secondly, I can confirm that all of the items are from Temu- as I followed a QR code to read set up instructions and Temu documents opened up. I have since found all items I ordered on the Temu platform for a fraction of the cost I paid to Paws Palace. Naturally, they are poor quality.

This business is a ****, items are not worth the price and I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.
