On 23 December 2025 I ordered 2 items from their website. Payment was confirmed for R 727.00. Because it was holiday season, I did not expect it to be delivered. On 9 January 2026 I send a follow-up email to find out when it will be delivered. The response back was" Hi there, I'm so sorry it has been a crazy time of year and due to delayed shipment from suppliers we were unable to keep to our delivery times but we do have the stock now and we are rushing to get everything out as fast as possible, I'm sorry again for the delay. Kind Regards Paws Palace." On 28 January 2026 I send another email and up to date no response. On 6 February 2026, I chatted with the bot on their website. No response. Today I've send them a Messenger and still no response. If you have a company like these at least have contact details other then email. Respond it is good client services. Either I receive my goods or I want my money back.

I placed an order with Paws Palace on 31 December 2025 for a Pet Hair Remover Glove and paid them using my credit card. To date, I am still waiting for the delivery of my order despite following up with them via email. The last email I received from them was on 26 January to say that my order should have been sent out the previous week. No emails since. There is no contact number or address for them so one is only able to correspond via email. This is very ************ behaviour and I fear that I have been ****med!

My daughter placed an order for the Grooming Glove on 20th Dec 2025. On 20th January an sms was received to advised that order was collected by Aramex and would be delivered shortly. There was no delivery on that date and when contacted by email info.pawspalace1@gmail.com she was advised that it would be delivered by 21st January. Still no delivery and having contacted them again, on 23rd January they came back and now advised that there was an issue with the order. Since then there has been no communication from Paws Palace...... When my daughter tried to cancel the order after the first two enquiries about non delivery, she was told that if cancelled she would only be reimbursed 46% of the cost.....

Stay away from these ****mers. Placed an order a month ago and have heard nothing. Countless follow up emails, no feedback. They have blocked me on Facebook as well when I queried them. Stay away unless you enjoy giving money away. I will be opening a case against them if nothing happens.

Purchased item 9th December 2025, now 19th January 2026 and no sign. Tried to cancel but cant. Facebook useless when trying to report. Seems an easy way to **** people out of money. Just dont give any details except a basic gmail address... GRRRRRR

I placed an order early December- with an additional payment for express shipping. After countless emails following up on the order, requesting a contact number and eventually a refund- my order magically arrived on Friday 16/01. Firstly, my address wasn’t given to the courier, simply my suburb causing much confusion for Aramex. Secondly, I can confirm that all of the items are from Temu- as I followed a QR code to read set up instructions and Temu documents opened up. I have since found all items I ordered on the Temu platform for a fraction of the cost I paid to Paws Palace. Naturally, they are poor quality. This business is a ****, items are not worth the price and I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.

I placed an order on 2 December. It is now 14 January and nothing has arrived. On the website it says that my order has been fulfilled but I received nothing. They claim to have online support but none of the contact links on the website works and there are no contact details to make an enquiry or log a complaint. Just bad, bad, bad.......
