On and around 10th November 2025 I went to Afrox Germiston to get some Nitrogen. I was then advised I had to open a cod account in order to purchase it. The lady Kefentse who helped me and filled in the form at NO time infromed me that there was any additional amount to pay other than the amount I had already paid if I returned it within a week which I did. A month later I received an invoice for R558 for 'rental' for which I had no idea of. I then retuned to the branch and they then informed me that it was no problem and that I should contact customer care (they even gave me the number) for them to resolve. I then made contact with a Pello Marelle who said she will follow up and get a credit passed. Two months later and after nagging her she said only the Branch manager can do this. I then retuned to the branch only to be advised that I must pay it and they wont do anything about it. This is appaling servce. I have been using Afrox Germiston for many years buying LPG and this is how you get treated !
Purchased item 9th December 2025, now 19th January 2026 and no sign. Tried to cancel but cant. Facebook useless when trying to report. Seems an easy way to **** people out of money. Just dont give any details except a basic gmail address... GRRRRRR
I recently used The Courier Guy to transport 10 parcels from Pinetown KZN to my factory in JHB. They were very light by size but large parcels. I was charged R7437-50 for this. The same sizing and cost for the 10 parcels quote from KARGO was R2189-32. Both were for normal Economy Delivery. What and absolute *******! When I tried to contact them, I was told I had to make use of their online email service which was absolutely useless and their staff need to go for elocution training. I am shocked that in this day and age people can charge 300 % more than their opposition.
On Friday morning 8-45 am ,I called weFix Eastgate to inquire about their special to replace a screen for the iPhone 7 +. The lady I called was totally ignorant to the fact that there were specials so I emailed her the mail I had received. She told me she would get back to me which she never. Ten I physically went t to the store . After about 15 minutes of standing around a lady served me . She took almost 45 minutes to book my phone in for the repair and I finally left. About an hour and a half later I returned to see how the repair was going . She then told me that they had done noting as I had to buy the deal online and that they could'nt help. On Saturday I went to weFix Morningside and received impeccable service.
Just got Steers Wacky Burgers after waiting 37 minutes for them from Steers M2 Denver. They were ice cold, the chips were ice cold and the burger pattys burnt. This is the 4th complaint I have made but is obviously falling to deaf ears. People were walking out after waiting so because there Taxis needed to go, SHAME ON YOU FAMOUS BRANDS !!!
Just had to wait an hour for my car again. Will certainly NOT be using Airport Parking Services again at ORT International. Shocking Service !!!
I recently did a train trip to Cape Town . I booked a vehicle rental through Europcar and on the online form you can even Tab from Cape Town Train Station. The system and mail confirmation then sends/sent a mail confirming total cost R293.00 in large print . In the small print below they state that they may charge an additional delivery charge together with the usual rambles you get .And boy did they RIP me , an additional R363-00 delivery cost. What a SCAM !!!!
