My daughter placed an order for the Grooming Glove on 20th Dec 2025. On 20th January an sms was received to advised that order was collected by Aramex and would be delivered shortly. There was no delivery on that date and when contacted by email info.pawspalace1@gmail.com she was advised that it would be delivered by 21st January. Still no delivery and having contacted them again, on 23rd January they came back and now advised that there was an issue with the order. Since then there has been no communication from Paws Palace...... When my daughter tried to cancel the order after the first two enquiries about non delivery, she was told that if cancelled she would only be reimbursed 46% of the cost.....
I have only got good things to say about Dotsure Pet insurance. Having recently claimed for my dog Calli due to lameness, I had printed off a claim form and handed it to my Veterinary Practice and within 3 days of submission to Dotsure the claim had been processed and the funds deposited into my account.
