No delivery received, no tracking number, no support.
I placed an order on 2 December. It is now 14 January and nothing has arrived. On the website it says that my order has been fulfilled but I received nothing. They claim to have online support but none of the contact links on the website works and there are no contact details to make an enquiry or log a complaint. Just bad, bad, bad.......

Efficient, friendly and fast service.
If you ever need any type of gaskets, including cork, this is the place to go to. Friendly helpful service. Also, the turn around time was very fast. Well done guys.

Wow. Are these guys efficient. Less than 2 hours after submitting my pet claim the money was paid into my account. I was helped by Chanley Smee. Thank you for absolutely wonderful service.

Good job.
I have always had very good service from Petheaven. Prompt delivery and the scheduled order is a real blessing as it prevents me from forgetting to order food for my dogs.

Good service and fast delivery.
I have been using Pet Heaven for a few months now. Prices are good and getting free delivery when ordering over a certain amount actually makes them cheaper than any other supplier. Service is very good and delivery has always been quicker than anticipated. They stock quality products and I now get all my pet supplies from them. Well done guys.

Honest, helpful and friendly people that really have your best interest in mind. They sell just about everything you need to grow your own organic vegetables. Also, the hatchery supplies live chickens in a large variety of breeds as well as fertilized eggs. Always eager to give advice to help you to successfully manage and look after your chickens.
