Purchased an item on the 18th of December 2025. Numerous up and down emails. 23 January 2026 and no goods. Received an email today saying there was a problem with my order after they told me my order had been collected by Aramex. Requested tracking number - said I should receive it shortly. Nothing received. They advertised a Christmas special, advertised a New Years Special although they have not even processed their Christmas specials. Unacceptable.
Britz Couriers were fast and efficient in their service. The quotation was sent through immediately, documents completed, invoice sent and confirmed within an hour. They do things the way I like it. Customer Service comes first. Efficient! Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
I dealt with Brandon Pillay from Discovery Insure Roadside Assistance. He provided me with excellent service! He even called me back to see if the technician sorted out my problem. Excellent service!
