Puppy shaved to bare skin after requesting a summer groom
This place does not deserve any stars. I used Michelle twice in order to give my Peke pup basic grooming including slight trims during the spring/summer month. Last week I took my 9 month old Peke pup to Michelle for a nail trim and a summer trim. Please see pics attached. She and her team butchered my pup and removed all of his hair. She apologized and said one of her team is responsible for what happened and said I should not pay. That does'nt help if she is unable to properly supervise her team. What they did is abuse to the poor animal. He has now scratched himself ****** and is struggling with anxiety (including not being able to eat or sleep). We are gutted to see him suffer. I will never use this service again...Please don't waste your time with this women and her team

Poor service
My appointment was to be at 15.40 I tried to call the grooming company but phone was off the whole day the team rocked up an hour and a half early who runs a business like this dog strapped with a leash not impressed at all recomend never to use them

Bad service for a potential new client
First time using this company. Made a booking for my dogs to be groomed at 2h30 on a Saturday and at 2h40 phoned to find out where they were and was told she was driving and she would return my call. When she did return my call, was told that her staff had left and she would not be able to assist. Not impressed and would not recommend this company to anyone.
