Bad service for a potential new client

First time using this company. Made a booking for my dogs to be groomed at 2h30 on a Saturday and at 2h40 phoned to find out where they were and was told she was driving and she would return my call. When she did return my call, was told that her staff had left and she would not be able to assist. Not impressed and would not recommend this company to anyone.
