I'm writing this as a very frausted customer, frausted is even an UNDERSTATEMENT My parcel was sent on the 28th of Feb 2026 ,and scheduled to arrive on 12 March which didn't happen. I proceeded to call and I was told they are having technical issues I should keep on checking. I then call again after no feedback and was told that the matter was escalated to the courier (14 March) On the 17th I recieved an sms that the parcel is ready for collection, only to arrive at PEPHOME POTCHEFSTROOM WEST and there no parcel. Workers proceeded to call them and tell them that they expected 7 parcels but only 6 arrived which is clearly my parcel I am very overwhelmed by this situation as that parcel cares something worth so much value for money I have been told feedback will be provided, but it is clear that my parcel is missing
