They sent me a ticket that does not belong to me, the car in the ticket is a toyota corrola and mine is a Hilux, the plates are not for my car they made an error while on the picture I can see it. Why can't they verify their information with the plated and see if it matches car, when I send them an email to resolve they tell me I need to Magistrate Court Graaff-Reinet. I don't even know that place. They not taking initiative to resolve their issues, the number provided is not even working. Useless services which I believe they are getting commission for all this incompetence
