Bad Product , Bad communication

Zip Zap machine dies ( software block) after not using it for a while. Their solution is to make you buy another one. Yet this is not explained to you in any user manual or material that comes with the machine. Rather upset that they failed to communicate this and then expect you to cough up for another machine.

Their solution is to make you cough up for another machine. I have three of these machines that are worthless now.
