Rented a car from Hertz, Returned fine without any issue on the 10th December, was promised R15 000 deposit returned within two weeks. Its now 1 month and still nothing. After making a complaint on Monday 5th, Naasief Abrahams at the head office promised return of funds within 48-72 hours on Monday 5th. It is now well over 72 hours without anything in my account. This is terrible service, Outright lying and holding back of funds way beyond what is acceptable. I will never hire a care from Hertz again due to this, I am now paying interest on the funds held in my credit card. WHAT A SHAM!!!
I settled my vehicle finance in May, Wesbank still debited my account July and August. My account shows it is in credit now. I have contacted Wesbank to which no solution has been offered. What is going on??? please give me my money back and stop debiting my account!
I have been trying to get a simple response from FNB regarding a cession letter that I need to cancel my life insurance policy with Discovery. I have emailed FNB home loans twice with the request along with instructions and both times been promised a reply within 24 hours. However I have received absolutely nothing from FNB. We made a booking for move cube collection tomorrow 25th May. We have paid and confirmed our booking with Tiaan at the johannesburg office. My wife phoned last week to confirm out collection date , the call center committed to getting back to us with confirmation. She received no such call My wife called today to try and confirm the collection which is now for tomorrow and the call centre says that our booking does not exist and no one answer the phone at the Johannesburg office. Tomorrow we have to out of our house and have no where to take out belongings. I am terribly disappointed with Seven seas, it seems that you cannot rely on them or trust their service.
No one is accountable here. When things work it is ok, but when things go wrong you are lied to, no one to complain to and no one cares. Just trying to get hold of them is one of the hardest things to do.
I have requested on numerous occasions an increase in cession to my bank, I have phoned discovery life and sent numerous emails. Every time they Nishi Sewraj requests a different letter or changes the goal posts. It has now been two weeks since I requested the letter, and at no delay by myself. Every time I have sent what Nishi requested. I can only presume that Nishi has no idea how to do their job and is just wastng my time now. Please get somebody to help me with the SIMPLE TASK!
Goedkoop is duurkoop. There is a reason why your bank is more expensive than currencies direct and that is evident when you deal with them. Slow to do anything. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to SARB compliancy and wasted nearly a week of my time due to it. Their sales ( Donovan Smith) sells you promises that they are simply in-capable of following through with ( Shannon Madell). I have also sent them money two days ago which they initially could not find( yes seriously) and they cannot find my overseas incoming payment either. When I asked for contact details at Mercantile bank that I can follow up with, Shannon avoided giving me anyone's name or even a department . I seriously regret ever contacting this company and would advise anyone against dealing with them. I read a bad review on them before contacting them and should have just followed that review. I have gone back to the bank to do my forex transactions. I only hope I get my money back soon.
I have had a parcel come from the USA. Fedex made a mistake on the customs declaration in SA and it was stopped and needed to be corrected. Fair enough some people make mistakes. However that was exactly 1 month ago . In the interim I have 31 emails of back and forth rubbish, Numerous phone calls with no final resolution. 2 weeks ago I was told by Coral Naidoo that my parcel has cleared customs and I should await an invoice, which I still do not have as of today. I have emailed asking politely for feedback and resolution, no one replies. I have now started to loose my cool with Fedex and still no one replies with any information. If I am lucky all I get is a notification that my case has been escalated. This company is seriously a bunch of incompetent people. I use couriers all the time and will never recommend Fedex South Africa to anyone. This is no understatement -> They are a disgrace to the international brand that Fedex is. The management in Fedex have been cc'd in emails by customer support and myself, but they dont feel any need to provide feedback or resolution. Coral Naidoo, Wilma Nienabe, Mehrun-Nisa Goolam , Sophie Nkhabelane - > Get off your behinds and sort this matter out. This is no way to treat anyone , let alone a customer. What the hell is going on???
DSV failed to deliver on Monday despite sms me and telling me that delivery would take place. Tuesday the driver left the parcel at the depot however call cente promised to call me back and arrange delivery. Call centre never called me back. Today, Wednesday recieved sms saying that delivery would take place today . At 4pm i called to find out what ia happening and after holding for 10 min was assured that delivery would happen today. It is now 7pm and still no delivery. DSV ia a joke a courier service when compared to the likes of UPS , Globeflight and Courier Guy. Their service is pathetic. Delivery times are terrible, false promises abound.
Zip Zap machine dies ( software block) after not using it for a while. Their solution is to make you buy another one. Yet this is not explained to you in any user manual or material that comes with the machine. Rather upset that they failed to communicate this and then expect you to cough up for another machine. Their solution is to make you cough up for another machine. I have three of these machines that are worthless now.
