PAYFLEX TRYING TO **** ME MY REFUND

My husband bought stuff at Makro using Payflex then within 3days we paid off the amount. Some of the stuff we bought at Makro were not available so Makro refunded Payflex which Payflex were suppose to refund us back since we already fully paid the Makro order. We have been calling and sending emails on Payflex for the past 5working days and no one is willing to tell us where is our refund instead they are playing games. We will not use Payflex ever again cause they can't be trusted and also their customer service sucks..
