Payflex is ****ming us and making excuses not to refund our money. On 29 December 2025, we made a withdrawal transaction of R179 from my husband’s Payflex wallet, and until to day 20 January 2026, we have still not received the funds. We provided Payflex with my bank statement as proof that the refund was never received in the bank account we requested the payment to be made into. Now they are claiming that the bank statement should be my husband’s bank statement instead of mine, which we fail to understand because we specifically requested that the refund be paid into my bank account. This is confusing because we have always used this bank account in the past without any issues, even though the Payflex account is under my husband’s name. It is clear that Payflex is simply trying to avoid refunding our money. We are done dealing with them.
Hi everyone, PlayFlex used to be good, but ever since they changed to the new system, things have been a mess. I honestly don’t know why they switched from the old system—it was working fine. It’s been three weeks now, and I’m still waiting for my refund from Makro, which is around R100 and something. There are actually two refunds—one was processed on the 16th of March and the other on the 17th—but I haven’t received either of them. I even sent an email, but there’s been no response. I also messaged them on Instagram, and still nothing. No reply at all. Just today, I received a refund from SuperParlist, but my installment hasn’t changed—it's still the same. So I don’t know what’s going on with them either. Honestly, it sucks that this is the kind of service we’re getting. It feels like they’re not willing to refund us. I have no idea what’s going to happen next. My advice: don’t use PlayFlex until they sort out their service. I know I’m not the only one waiting for a refund, and until they fix this, the platform just can’t be trusted. Anyway, thank you.
It's been more than 48hours waiting for my funeral claim to be assess but still nothing. It's stories after stories no assistance. Imagine in a time of mourning being treated like ths. FNB lack empathy.
My husband bought stuff at Makro using payflex and we paid the account in full within 3days after the purchase. Some of the stuff were not available at Makro so payflex was refunded by Makro. Payflex was suppose to refund us since we fully paid the Makro order. For the past 5 working days we have been calling and emailing payflex but none of their consultants (Lindiwe and Zama) are willing to tell us where is our refund. They are just trying to play games with us. We will never use payflex ever again cause they can't be trusted and their customer service sucks.

Takealot is trying to scam me my money by lying saying they have refunded me when they have not. It has been 7days now and I still haven't received my refund. People be careful of Takealot.
Worst company. I have been waiting for my dog food delivery for more than a month and every time I try to call them no answer. All I want is my dog food plz deliver it.
Good day On 30 August 2019 i bought clothes online then on the 3rd September 2019 i received my order which i wasnt happy with the quality of the material then decided to return them on the 4 September 2019 at Kathu village mall Mr price clothes where i was told they dont know how to refund online purchases with eft plus us customers who purchase online we give them problems they don't understand why we can't purchase in store and i should return the clothes in a postal address written on the slip. I had to pay R100 to ship the iteams back to your Mr price return address in kzn so now am waiting for my refund. I can't believe the treatment i got from u guys cause i always purchase stuff online with other stores and refund is never an issue so for that i will never purchase or set my foot on any of the Mr price stories. You have lost a loyal customer.
