Good Day  I trust you are well. I applied for my unemployment fund on the 14 of Sept 2022 and it was approved on the 16 of sept 2022 on the 11 of october i called the uif contact center regarding my claim to find out how long must i wait before i must sign for my first payment, The lady advise 15 Workings days then i can ding for my first payment, So she advise i can also do it online if i have a profile and that what i did because she advise me to do so. After i singed she advise i must wait between 7 - 10 Working days then i will received my payment it has been a month now and have not yet RECIEVED any money i called them they advise because i went to the department they must assist me i went to the department they advise because i singed online i must call in to find out what is the delay for weeks its up and down and i need to pay rent ETC and no feedback mean for me it feels noone whats to assist me because if i call go to the department and if i go please call in  What must i DO mean i need to pay my debts people ETC and waiting for UIF please advise when i will receive my first payment please as noone wants to assist me
