I am extremely disappointed with Standard Bank and the way my account closure has been handled. I requested that my account be closed, and I followed the necessary steps to ensure everything was in order. However, I have now discovered that there is a negative balance reflecting on the same account that was supposed to be closed. This is completely unacceptable. How can an account that was requested to be closed still accumulate charges or reflect a negative balance? This has now affected my financial record and caused unnecessary stress. I expect: A full explanation of how this happened Immediate correction of the negative balance Written confirmation that the account is officially closed Assurance that this will not affect my credit profile I trusted Standard Bank to handle this professionally, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would appreciate urgent intervention and resolution.

I went to checkers on the 26 October to buy my monthly shopping, Im really upset and im going viral with my post due to the lack of communication from your branch in Carnival mall, I wanted to get my poppers and only after paying they advise me the are no stock of the poppers the cashier did not even advise me that she does not have stock before we contuined to make sure i want to continue , if they had no stock i wouldve go to other branch that had stock, I want to know what will checkers do to assist me in this matter as this not fair to us who are collecting the items for our kids, We wasted money at checkers, I need feedback urgently

I have notice there has been an deposit 500 and i see ABSA took cost for and i only received 235 why did absa take bank charges as i asked to close the account this was an mistake and i need to pay the money back as this was the wrong account number they used to make payment, Please advise i also asked that you close the account and this is accumulating bank charges that i didn't even notice you guys have taken off after my ***** case you didn't wanted to pay back my money so i need this money as for the past two months i have asked for cheap account and i only notice that yesterday i am willing to stay with absa if they are willing to assist me.

Hi FNB what bad service from you guys steeling your clients money, i have been calling fnb and visiting the branch for the past how many months regarding the extra charges that just disseprare out of my account, Today i called your call centre and Peter Khapmule answered when i asked there is money out he said there is bank charges for an withdrawal that has been charged but on my online and statement there shows nothing everymonth there is a loss for about 24 - 30 Rnad
