OVER FOUR WEEKS WITH NO PAYOUTS
Pay stack has been holding our payouts for over 4 weeks . Our small organisation used their platform because we had an understanding that payments have a lead period of T+1 or T+2 which seemed viable . Queries via their help desk take unnecessarily long to be attended to and it has wholly affected the flow of work in our organisation

The reason we use the your paystack merchant is for processing transactions for services we offer to our customers.
Also ; for you to open a profile for us it meant you had done your compliance assessments etc.
How then do you wait for us to offer services and our goods and use your platform to give us such kind of inference fo saying you need to close the account and reverse transactions?
Now ; Make us understand the practicality of us offering services and giving people our goods and One month later
you reach a decision of closing the account ; and refunding cards ; but how do you refund monies where services and good were offered? SO what happens to all the goods we released?
Why did we need to wait a whole month to reach such a decision ?
we are a small company trying by all month to thrive ; Do you realise how such a decision after a very long time put the whole entity in jeopardy?
What measures are there to protect us as people using your platform to receive payments?
