Pathetic service, I have now been waiting for 4 days for Home pc Pretoria North to contact me regarding, my tv that does not want to work on the network. A "ticket was loaded on Monday morning 9Feb2026, with a promise to send a technician and then all of a sudden can't assist me over the phone although they helped 4 other tenants over the phone installing their tv's - and now there is a call out fee of R950. This morning 12 Feb 2026 when I phoned I was informed by Wilhelm from Home PC that I first need to pay then I will be assisted, I wanted to speak to the manager by the name of Marissa that all of a sudden is not at work and he is not allowed to give me her email address or the directors email address and don't have the technicians contact details - *** is going on here??? I will never recommend this company to anyone, they quick to take your money and then there is NO service...Pathetic and no customer service at all with no solution, this is a total waiste of money
