Qualification Discrepancies Causing Employment Barriers

I have been trying to get hold of Pc Training and Business College for several weeks regarding my qualification, but have recieved no response. I have contacted multiple people through different channels, but no one seems able to assist me or provide a clear answer. This is extremely frustrating as I need confirmation and official documentation for my qualification, which I earned in good faith after completing my studies.,as I am unable to get any type of employment with it for over 10 years.

The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for an education constitution.

I am hoping by posting this review that someone responsible will finally reach out and help resolve this matter. Please assist urgently.
