Absolutely unacceptable water outage - No respect for communities
This level of service is beyond disgraceful. How do you expect families to function when you cut off the water as early as 6pm without time to prepare?! You promised that the water would be restored by the morning, and yet here we are: no water, no communication, no accountability. We are expected to send our children to school without being able to wash, toilets are unusable, Hygiene is out the windows. Do you realiser how inhumane and embarrassing this is?! We live in jhb not a drought-sticken ghost town but you're treating us like we don't matter! This is not the first time either. Everytym there's an issue jhb water disappears into silence, no updates, no urgency just empty promises and continued disrespect for the people who pay for this so-called service. We deserve better! Unresolved Unemployment Concern No follow-up or Support
I am deeply disappointed with the way the Presedential Office handled my appeal for help regarding my long-term unemployment. I have been unemployed for over 10 years despite holding a qualification, and reached out in good faith, hoping for assistance as the matter still continues to affect my ability to earn a livelihood. Initially, they responded and asked me to submit personal and information and documents, which I provided promptly. I followed every instruction given to me, expecting that something would come of it. Unfortunately after all that effort, I was completely left in the dark. No follow up, no feedback and no support. I was simply ignored and left stranded. It is disheartening to be treated this way after reaching out for help. I expected at least some form of communication or clarity on my situation. This experience has left me feeling dismissed and forgotten by the very people meant to help. I hope this review brings awareness and encourages the office to take citenzs' concerns more seriously, especially when they involve basic needs like employment and dignity.

Qualification Discrepancies Causing Employment Barriers
I have been trying to get hold of Pc Training and Business College for several weeks regarding my qualification, but have recieved no response. I have contacted multiple people through different channels, but no one seems able to assist me or provide a clear answer. This is extremely frustrating as I need confirmation and official documentation for my qualification, which I earned in good faith after completing my studies.,as I am unable to get any type of employment with it for over 10 years. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for an education constitution. I am hoping by posting this review that someone responsible will finally reach out and help resolve this matter. Please assist urgently.
