My experience with File Editor has been extremely disappointing and concerning. Money was deducted from my account without proper authorization, which should never happen with a legitimate service. When I contacted their support team to report the issue and request a refund, the response was dismissive and unhelpful.
Despite clearly explaining that the charge was not authorized, they refused to process a refund. This raises serious concerns about their billing practices and their commitment to fair customer service.
Taking money from customers without clear authorization and then refusing to correct the issue is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before using this service or providing any payment details. Based on my experience, customer protection and accountability do not appear to be a priority.
