False Marketing

On their internet page they claim to: "To access your first document for free after a 24-hour delay please click "here"

After a 3 day delay I emailed them and asked why I hadn't yet been given access to the document I had converted to PDF. Their answer was that I had to pay for "A Plan" before I could download the document. Now I don't know about you but "FREE" means you do not have to pay for it. The reason that I don't require a plan is that this particular document I have to submit in a PDF format ONLY ONCE A YEAR. Do you see where I am coming from? Anyway I found a suitable PDF converter and editor where I don't have to pay if I don't want to. You should try out iTop PDF, it's simple to use and FREE for the odd PDF's you need to submit.
