This is a ****. I ordered the special 12 days ago and have received nothing. They also do not answer their emails or messages via their Contact Us info.
I ordered some Dr Rashel products. Amongst them was a sample of Ceutox Advanced Serum for which I was charged R49.00. On receiving my products I was surprised to notice that this sample was labeled "Physicians Sample Not to be Sold". Is this now a new form of spam? I demand that my R49 be credited to me. Shame on you!
I subscribed to TakealotMORE last month, who have now changed their delivery rules. The first month free deliveries on MrD, PnP and Takealot. As from month 2 you now have to buy a minimun of R300 from PnP to get free delivery, and a minimum of R150 from MrD to get free delivery. This is not what I signed up for! Takealot, you can delete my subscription.
On wanting to join Dischem health, I found the following unacceptable: 1. Wanting a breakdown of my monthly expenditure - never have I been asked this when joining a medical insurance. 2. Insisting that I must give my banking details on the phone (even though I said I would send proof of banking details via email to them) - are you not aware that your bank warns you not to give out your banking details per telephone, whatsapp, etc. Where is the security in this? These people seem to make up their own rules as they go along and this is unacceptable to me.
Two weeks ago I sent a conplaint via their webpage and have not heard from them to date. My complaints were as follows: Could not recharge the item, either the item is faulty or the cord provided with it is. Was eventually able to recharge some using my own cord. Then the item would not work. It switches on but no vibration. I have asked for a replacement item or a refund, but have had no reply to date. Your customer service sucks.
We bought your Steers Frozen Burgers tomake our own burgers. They taste like shoe leather. Definitely don't resemble the fresh one's in any way. Most disappointed, won't purchase them again!
These people continue to deduct contributions from me despite my membership being cancelled. I have now emailed them for a 2nd time seeing they did not respond to my 1st email. I have previously also had a run in with them with regard to an ER claim that they refused after I followed their instructions and called them for authorisation before even going to the ER.
On their internet page they claim to: "To access your first document for free after a 24-hour delay please click "here" After a 3 day delay I emailed them and asked why I hadn't yet been given access to the document I had converted to PDF. Their answer was that I had to pay for "A Plan" before I could download the document. Now I don't know about you but "FREE" means you do not have to pay for it. The reason that I don't require a plan is that this particular document I have to submit in a PDF format ONLY ONCE A YEAR. Do you see where I am coming from? Anyway I found a suitable PDF converter and editor where I don't have to pay if I don't want to. You should try out iTop PDF, it's simple to use and FREE for the odd PDF's you need to submit.
So after all the complaints Bolt has received, today, 22nd March they are charging 4 x their normal fare to go 3.5 km. It has gone from R36 to R119. I am disgusted with you Bolt S.A.
I have a beaut for you AVBOB. Someone is going to get a fantastic burial at my expense, I have never signed up for or owned an Avbob Policy, yet there are deductions coming from my account. Neither my bank or I knew where these deductions were coming from until recently when my bank sent me details of beneficiary. Could someone at AVBOB please give me a contact person to resolve this issue and so that I can claim back the deductions that were made from my account. Thank you
