Unprofessional
Unprofessional. I was referred to this company by family who previously used them. I left a website enquiry and no one responded. So I called the cell number from the internet a few days later and spoke to one of the owner's, mentioning my requirements. He promised to send me pricing. He didn't end up sending it so I followed up on text message days later once again. He then promised a video call at a certain date and time which was convenient to both parties and I waited. There was no video call or message received from this person. Many days later I get an apology message from him.
I cannot deal with such unprofessionalism. He seems too busy to honor new clients requests.
