Defective products and no refund!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The products get delivered and DO NOT WORK! You will pay for the product and the delivery. When your product is faulty / defective THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU! They will give you a store credit, valid for 30 days. AND you will pay the transport back to them of the defective product after having paid for it to be delivered to you! I thought this was a recognised brand with integrity, I WAS WRONG and have now lost over R 400.00 for a useless piece of wire! Typical Chinese style of business! They also DO NOT ANSWER their phone!

23 Feb 2025, 09:15Update on this issue. Peach initially did refund me, they also sent me another "updated" cable, which also did not work. They collected both, and at their expense. Again, at their expense they sent me another cable that was again "updated". This cable did work. I can't see how to change my original star rating, but after all the effort on their part I would now retract my original review and give them a 5 star for service and effort. Fingers crossed the cable keeps working well 🤞
