DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The products get delivered and DO NOT WORK! You will pay for the product and the delivery. When your product is faulty / defective THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU! They will give you a store credit, valid for 30 days. AND you will pay the transport back to them of the defective product after having paid for it to be delivered to you! I thought this was a recognised brand with integrity, I WAS WRONG and have now lost over R 400.00 for a useless piece of wire! Typical Chinese style of business! They also DO NOT ANSWER their phone!
I have dealt with most courier companies in South Africa, certainly all the main ones. Most are fast and efficient, and when they say your parcel is out for delivery you get it. RAM sends the same messages to say your parcel is out for delivery but if I could putoney on it that it won't arrive that day I would be rich! The drivers lie. On the tracking report they said "the business was closed" I live in a house in a residential area and there isn't a business within 2km ofy house! The absolute worst courier company you could possibly use and a dishonest one as well. Then, I get these **** messages supposedly from RAM saying that your parcel can't be delivered because of outstanding fees, which is a known ****. So I block the number. Guess what? It is actually RAM's number! Meaning that there is someone on the inside sending these **** messages from their phone line!
I have been waiting for parcels from Amazon.com as well as from Takealot.com for a while. Today Aramex arrives at my home to deliver the Takealot parcels. The driver was asking about crime in the area and other strange topics for a delivery driver. This afternoon I go into my Amazon account just to see that my parcels from Amazon were "delivered today". I would like to know where they were delivered and to whom they were delivered because it was NOT me!
Don't bother buying anything form this company, you are wasting your money and will have no support! Made in China comes with all that it implies, including customer support. Email after email, phone call after phone call and their support tells me my problem is "an android thing" and that "I want my phone to be like Samsung", promise after promise but no response! I should have spent the money and bought another Samsung, they have support everywhere and their support is actually trained and knows what they are doing. Eventually with Google and some time I found the solution to the problem, emailed them the link and not even a thank you or sorry for the trouble, just "Glad your phone is working" The product I bought was a Ulephone, closest support a 5 hour drive away! Buy something that has close and trained support staff.
I bought a Ulephone Armour 22 from Rugged about a month ago. It is complex device and changing from Samsung to Ulephone was a challenge. After some help from their support and a lot of time I managed to configure the phone to a useable interface. HOWEVER! One issue remains, that could have potential life threatening implications. After simple commands, or even ending a phone call a pop up balloon appears at the bottom of the screen confirming the action. It stays there. You cannot swipe it away, tap it or in anyway move it. If you need your keyboard it sits right on top of the keyboard making typing almost impossible. The balloon stays there for some minutes. If you need to type an urgent message like " call an ambulance" or " call police" or just " help" you cannot, you must wait for the balloon to disappear. I have sent emails and screenshots, telephoned numerous times and a week after receiving a reply that the the matter "has been escalated" there is no reply. I have spoken to management who promised to come back to me, I'm still waiting. Their support insists that it is an Android issue, but after using Samsung Android for 12 years and never having this problem before I highly doubt it. That Android developers would allow the system to obscure your keyboard and pose a critical situation in communication I don't believe. Rugged support says I want my phone to be like Samsung, while I just want to see my keypad! The support response to a simple but critical issue is almost nonexistent. I am not in Johannesburg where they are, and they do not have any support in outlying areas. I cannot just go in and take the phone.
Don't ever let this company build your house! Don't buy one built by them ever! You will pay for years fixing everything from your floor and wall tiles to your plumbing and paving. I have had to re-tile my entire house, replace every Chinese ballostop valve on every mixer installation. Kitchen sink and washing machine outlets were installed with no traps, bringing sewer smells into the kitchen at all hours. Electrical installation was done with wires of all colors not corresponding to positive, negative and earth. Plugs and switches also substandard and many loose. Leaks in chimney roof installation have had to re-do ceilings, and again ceilings are cracking. Swimming pools had to e redone twice, pipes leaking, not secured and poorly installed. Copper tube left in contact with galvanized brick force wire in wall under wall tiles in bathroom. Room flooded 23 December had to get emergency plumbers. He employs the cheapest labor he can find, using the cheapest materials possible, a d does shoddy work. Patios pool after every rain due to subsiding and not being properly leveled. It never ends and you will be sorry as long as you have that house. If you try to claim legally he will tie you up for 3 years in legal delays. I eventually got paid out 280 thousand after nearly 100 thousand of legal fees. Arbitrator ordered 15,000 in costs (nowhere close to what it was) and he never paid. Now to go after 15,000 will cost more than it's worth. Stay away!
Do not waste your money on these ink cartridges!!! I bought from Takealot. It's non refundable, Wonder why?????? They are not recognized by the printer and DO NOT WORK!
Full of empty promises. Don't expect a guarantee despite what may be in writing. Get every word verified and translated into several languages.
Stay away from this company! When it's good it's fine, but when you need service there is none. Be prepared to stay on the phone all day repeating yourself, sending photos and generally wasting your time getting nowhere. Also, don't expect to be put through to a supervisor, "they have rules" and you WONT be put through, if it's the operators hiding their poor service or the supervisors hiding behind the operators I don't know, but you won't get past them. I explained my issue, no power to the fibre box, and I suggested it was power supply. More than 24 hours later someone did arrive, changed the power adaptor, and it was fixed, not even 5 minutes. I TOLD THEM THAT! But nooooooo, they wanted photos and to bounce me from pillar to post. Last note, if you do make a mistake end employ this company, when you need service make sure to get their order number TO THE SERVICE AGENT, in my case DNATEL, not just their INTERNAL number. On 2 occasions they gave me a reference number, when I phoned DNA they knew nothing about it
