Unreliable Jewellers

After choosing a promise ring for my 6 year old granddaughter at this Company's Clearwater branch, the ring needed re-sizing. The sales lady Elma promised me I would receive the ring before my wedding 1 month later. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO ACTUALLY FORGET MY ORDER.

The Manager was extremely un-apologetic about the whole matter and tried to deny we even ordered a ring. I produced THEIR card with Elma's writing on the back but she wasn't interested and you could see she actually didn't care. She was extremely arrogant and all we wanted was an explanation as to how they could 'forget' an order.

I will never use this Company again and should anyone here do so, be just know that they do not keep to their word so you stand to be disappointed, as I was, and still be abused on top of it.
