I got my 2nd piercing done 2 weeks ago. I wanted it done professionally so I went to Pearl and Diamond at cradlestone. The service was excellent! I was very nervous to have it done and they made me feel very at home before I did it. My experience there was phenomenal I highly recommend them.

I am angry and saddened by this store located in Cradlestone mall , on the 08/05/2021 i took my fiances ring for a quotation request as i planned on selling it to buy a new one. They took the ring for evaluation and gave me a receipt which i still have even today. A week later they sent me an email to say their shop was broken into and that they opened a police case. 3 months later i went to the store to find out on the way forward as the ring was ****** from their store and they were so arrogant and told me that i need to claim from my insurance and that was the last communication i had with them. I went back in 2023 to ask about the case and they were so cold and arrogant and they gave me their management@pddesigns.co.za email address and said i must take it up with their management. Everytime i go pass the store i get so angry and feel as though they don't care about their customers or maybe its a matter of racial classification . I still have my receipt with me and thinking how best i can make them account. Please assist me so that my grievance can be addressed.

After choosing a promise ring for my 6 year old granddaughter at this Company's Clearwater branch, the ring needed re-sizing. The sales lady Elma promised me I would receive the ring before my wedding 1 month later. THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO ACTUALLY FORGET MY ORDER. The Manager was extremely un-apologetic about the whole matter and tried to deny we even ordered a ring. I produced THEIR card with Elma's writing on the back but she wasn't interested and you could see she actually didn't care. She was extremely arrogant and all we wanted was an explanation as to how they could 'forget' an order. I will never use this Company again and should anyone here do so, be just know that they do not keep to their word so you stand to be disappointed, as I was, and still be abused on top of it.

Please avoid this jewellery shop.When I sent my chain in for repairs it had to only be repaired in one place. When I collected it, repairs were done in 2 places. The repairs where of such a nature that I will not be able to use it again.

My name is Mukheli , I sent my wife diamond ring for resizing and they told me it will take 10days maximum . 7weeks later after I went there millions times to check for it , it. Came back with diamonds stones missing and they are telling me to take it back like that and they won’t charge me or they have to take it back to resize the diamonds area so that it can fit the remaining diamonds and it will cost me extra R4000. I refused to take it back and they are threatening me to throw it away. This is fourways mall branch. I need help with legal action please .

I bought an expensive necklace and pendant on 5 May 2023 from the Fourways Mall branch. A gift for Mother's Day. My wife returned from work abroad. She only tried the necklace on around the 17 of May. It broke as she tried to put it on. Very disappointing but nonetheless she went the next week to the store to exchange the item. At the store the shop assistant response was alarming. She basically insinuated that my wife was too rough with the necklace. And that it broke due to wear and tear. The necklace was never worn by my wife because it broke before she could put it on. This attitude from the staff also begs the questions as to the quality of their jewellery if it breaks due to wear and tear within a month. Since it broke they refuse to refund my money. Completely discarding the fact that the item may have been sold defective. I'm sure it's possible that something went awry in manufacturing. And to add further insult also refusing to refund me in full for the pendant which is also unused and in store condition This kind of policy is in my opinion most dishonorable and in poor consumer practice and values. As such I will never buy anything from any of their stores and doubt the quality of their products. I would advise people to avoid such poor customer service stores as you are bound to be disappointed as I am.

I had a bracelet shortened. The clasp on the bracelet was perfectly fine before I went to them to have the bracelet shortened. On collection I walked out and the bracelet fell off from my wrist.The clasp had broken. When I complained I was told it was not their fault and I had to pay in more money to fix it ! The clasp was perfectly fine before I went to them! Disgusting that they charged me! I would never recommend them to anyone
