They just want money

My husband took the test in 2020. He had to take it again in 2024. We arrived at the test centre and they said there’s a problem with his name on the system and he has to fix it before he can write the test. They were unwilling to help. He called around and tried everything he can, but they said the change will take 5 days to take effect. Now, it’s fixed, but he has to pay $460 to write again. That’s so unfair! He was there, he wanted to take the test and they refused, why should he pay again for a mistake that was not even his? We don’t want our money back, we just want to reschedule the test.
