Made an appointment to see this Dr in January and the 1st available appointment was on the 6th March 2018. All is well and I get a confirmation message and reminder on the 2nd March. So we put leave for work and set off to the Dr. which is on the other side of the world. We get there before our appointment which was at 11 to get told we not on the system... So I show the sms, so it takes about 45min to try understand whats happened. We get told we can get helped at 13:00, we explain we have an appointment for 1:30. So frustrating as we have wasted a day and been inconvenienced wasted petrol, the Dr could not even come personally and apologize.
