This Dr is very dismissive, disnt take the proper time with my 6 month old son. Was extremely quick. We paid R800+ but didn't spend more than 10 minutes with her. She never answers our questions or concerns. You could see she clearly was in a hurry to go somewhere or do something other than attend to my baby. She gave us medication that we told her never worked in the past and some actually worsened our sons condition. Wow my husband and I were left SHOOK even now at 9pm as I write this I'm like what the hell happened!!!!!!

<p>If you ever are in need of advice, dint phone here. They dont provide assistance over the telephone accirding to a very rude and unhelpful Amelia. When consulting with the doctors, they tell you not to hesitate to phone if you have a problem, however, when experiencing a problem, you are met with hostile, rude and unhelpful people like Amelia.<br />I change pediatricians previously because of this treatment but decided to give it a go again with child nr 4, however this is tempting me to change again. <br />My child's problem is serious enough to need to speak to her, however not serious enough to have to travel 70km from work to get her to the doctor. So I was told the doctor wont consult with me over the phone because I was there last more than two weeks ago!!! Getting an appointment there is even worse. Have to wait two weeks before you can get to see the doctor. Utterly disgusted.</p>

<p>The Dr's at Pedispes are amazing and I absolutely adore our specialist Dr Sigwadi. But the rude Receptionists, Amelia is her name apparently, has no manners!! I phoned to ask if my email was reveived for Dr Sigwadi and I was rudely told that they don't have time to check emails the whole day. I proceeded to tell "Amelia" that I understand but she does not have to be so rude about it. There is a nice way and a RUDE WAY to reply to my question. In fact I have on a few occasions witnessed her being terribly rude to patients on the phone while I was in the waiting area. She definitely has a major attitude problem. I am contemplating switching Dr's because I can't and won't deal with such rude staff!</p>
