Pelican express do not know what they are doing. I have never seen such an incompetent service from any other service provider apart from Mr Shopper. I ordered baby pampers with Mr Shopper on 27 November, and I got an email from Pelican express stating that my order is being processed, but I still haven’t received my goods.
I called them more than 30 times but no one picks the phone. I sent many messages but haven’t received a single reply. I also sent email correspondence, but still no response. I am planning to take legal action against these two companies. These companies don’t know customer service and they offer pathetic and incompetent ‘services to customers. I wonder how these companies make money and remain in business with such a pathetic track record. They must learn their trade first. Please be careful.
