I bought a Dymo Labelmanager plus an extra cartridge from Pen on Paper on the 15th of December 2015.<br> <br> I tried to use the machine to make labels in December 2015 and the machine did not print any characters but only a big black line. I thought that there were something wrong with the cartridge and insert another cartridge just to find out that i get the same problem.<br> <br> I took it back to Pen on Paper a month ago with no results.<br> <br> I just call again and claim a refund for the machine and cartridge just to get the same answer. <br> The machine is not sorted out as yet, and i can't get a refund because the dealer that,s suppose to check the machine is on leave.<br> <br> Pen on Paper said that they will contact the supplier again tomorrow to hear if they can authorise a refund.<br> <br> I bought this machine as a new one with a guarantee of 2 years and expect either a new one plus a new cartridge of a full refund.<br>
