Messpack after servise are very bad. They do not deliver on their prommises to come and fix bad workman ship on installion (Loose and hot connection) This is serious matter as it could cause a fire hazard

Hi, we owned a unit at Castleton 76A Plettenbergbay. The unit was sold and registered on the 15th December 2021. On the 15th December 2021 we received a account from Bitou with a credit amount of R2956.95. We then phone them just to find out that the finance people don' pick up their phones. After numerous calls i eventualy got through and was told that they do not work with the credits on accounts they are debtors and creditors only (incoming and outgoing) monies. I then phone the Mayors office and came through to his PA. She try to help me on 3 different occations, then she give me the head of accounts details. I phoned him and explain the situation to him. After that i send him an e-mail. I heard nothing from him. After a few mail communications he informed me that according to him it is a tax issue. I e-mail them and they come back to me and inform me that it is not a tax matter but finance. I again e-mail the finance depart with no rection back. In the meantime i received a invoice every month where they just keep on deducting the monthly amount of my credit amount. Up to now we got no co-operation from the Bitou Municipality to solve the problem and pay out initial credit as from 15th December 2021. Could you please assist to get this matter sorted out? I send a complaint in on the 9th of July 2019 about my LG product. LG contacted me and after a discussion the phone was put rudely down in my ear. This problem is still unresolved and the product is at LG for the 4th time and I request a refund for this inferior product.
I bought a LG microwave/convection at Makro Vanderbijlpark on 8 January 2019. Since then up to now it went back for repairs 4 times. The 4th time we returned it for repair I was promised by the return goods manager of Makro that he will ensure that I will be refund from LG for this inferior product. I was promised that he will phone me back on 24 of July with feedback on this matter. After several times trying to get hold of him I eventually was able to get hold of him on the 29 of July. He then informed me that he will contact LG to get the latest status and call me back. He did call me back and informed me that LG is again busy repairing the unit. Since it went back the 3rd and 4th time I informed them that I do not want this unit back and requested a refund that was noted on the documentation. It seems like they are dragging their feet and do not look after the clients interest. Since this product does not performing as per the suppliers specifications I am not interested in this product anymore and request a refund.
I bought a LG Convection Neo Cheff Microwave 39L from Makro on 08/01/2019. Today was the 3rd time that i took it in for repair on the same problem.
I bought a Dymo Labelmanager plus an extra cartridge from Pen on Paper on the 15th of December 2015.<br> <br> I tried to use the machine to make labels in December 2015 and the machine did not print any characters but only a big black line. I thought that there were something wrong with the cartridge and insert another cartridge just to find out that i get the same problem.<br> <br> I took it back to Pen on Paper a month ago with no results.<br> <br> I just call again and claim a refund for the machine and cartridge just to get the same answer. <br> The machine is not sorted out as yet, and i can't get a refund because the dealer that,s suppose to check the machine is on leave.<br> <br> Pen on Paper said that they will contact the supplier again tomorrow to hear if they can authorise a refund.<br> <br> I bought this machine as a new one with a guarantee of 2 years and expect either a new one plus a new cartridge of a full refund.<br>
i have a Samsung Galaxy S4 on a contract with Vodacom. I took the phone in for a screen repair early in February 2015 also mentioned that i got a battery problem. I receive the phone back as promised, but nothing was done about the battery problem. I used the phone and the battery issue just got worse. I bought a new battery but the problem still continue.<br> <br> I sent the phone in for repairs again with the main problem for battery and charging issues. The phone was under repairs for more than a week. They come back to me on the return of the phone and said that the charging unit was faulty. They repaired it.<br> <br> On receiving the phone i start using it. The second day the phone just switched of with about 70%of battery life. I bought another new battery, thinking that the other battery could have been damaged.This problem keep going on. I got another replacement phone from a friend and is not using the phone at all.
