Terrible service

We bought a car from them. There was an arrangement that they would bring the car to using Vryheid. The arrangement was that the car would be delivered on Friday. Delivery fees were paid in full. We were told the car was in perfect condition. We then got photos of how dented the door was but were told it had already been repaired. We had planned a trip for Saturday and hoped it would be delivered in time. We were contacted on Friday evening at 18:25 and told that if the full amount for the car was not deposited we had to drive to Durban and fetch the car ourselves. We canceled the deal completely and hope that we will at least get the delivery fees back as promised but have unfortunatelylost trust in the promises. The service was not good and very unprofessional. We are very disappointed and would not suggest this company to anyone. We don't know if this is the standard quality of service but we hope NOT!!
