As a first time family overseas holiday, we decided to make use of PenTravel, recommended to us by friends. At the start I was skeptical about the whole thing. I nevertheless went ahead and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I dealt with Kristie at their Cape Town branch and her professionalism and support was awesome. She sorted out everything, from accommodation, to flights and everything within a week from us deciding where we were going to go. Thank you so much for the awesome service.
