Amazing service
My mother came across an advert in People magazine advertising a book called "The Human Body". When she had phoned around to local outlets she realized that only volume 2 was available in store. She decided to contact People magazine directly to see if they had any volume 1 copies available. She came in contact with a lady named Vera who when above and beyond to trace this volume for her. She constantly kept her up to date on progress and arranged for a copy to be delivered to our local depot for collection. It is amazingly refreshing to see that there are still such helpful and kind people in the work sector whom are willing to help someone, even if it is for something seemingly small. Thank you Vera and People magazine

I won and now?
I won a prize on a scratch card in the peoples mag A YEAR AGO!!! And still no prize they said it would have been here within 21 days! Its been a year I would just like an explanation and where my prize is.
