Bad service and food

I visited Perere restaurant in Polokwane, the service was bad and the food horrible. I requested tooth pick from 3 waiters and none bothered to bring it to me, we had to call waiters multiple times before we can be attended. The meat was dry and difficult to chew. I was mad because they already included the service fee on the bill. The waiters don’t deserve a tip honestly, not a value for money.
