Perfect Partners Matchmaker and Date Coaches's replyOfficial
06 Nov 2021, 08:16Ria joined at us at the end of June (payment reflected 3rd July) and once all admin, profiling, settling in and the usual induction was done and we had her own profile ready for introductions, she was active on our dating schedules by e14th July as per our mutually agreed protocols and processes. She was credited time out at her request for 34 days and in the approximate 90 days she was a member we did 9 introductions - our guarantee is approximately 2 per month (20 in in 12 months). Indeed, we resent all the emails she didn't receive over the period (maybe 4), mainly due to broadband failure (we assume) and proved we had answered all her email on time (we have 36 hours to respond anyway, as stated on our website) on time. It is commonly accepted that with load shedding (and even towers being damaged in the July protests) emails often do not bunce but simply are undelivered, business interruption way beyond our control. Apart from that her criteria on the type of bachelors she insisted she deserved to meet, were difficult. She is 39 and her age range was from 30 - 45 which out of the norm for most singles (the norm would be between 2 years younger and up to 8 years older as the men also have the criteria that need to be respected), and they had to be practicing Christians. We have Christians but we do not pry or impose how or when or where people worship. We approached the relevant and most likely compatible bachelors, and she agreed to meet 6 that did meet most of her criteria, out of the 7 she acknowledges (although we did 9, the additional 2 coincided with her demand to cancel her contract and 1 even asked to meet, the other not) but only 1 out of the 7 also asked to meet her, and they met. We far exceeded normally agreed delivery because of her extreme pushiness. That is called freedom of choice - we are not an escort agency. We do not 'deliver men' on demand. She simply refused to be reasonable and ignored all our agreed protocols. Out of the contracted term of 365 days we still had some 240 days (excluding the credited time out for the sabbatical she requested) to deliver service. She was very aggressive and rude in her attack on us that our bachelors are below par and not her standard, claimed our delivery was poor and we are tardy - all proved by us to be totally untrue. She could not manage her expectations and was very demanding and judgmental - we stepped and did our best. We are praised daily for the high calibre of our members. Maybe she did not fit in and it happens to any business. Of course we are allowed to claim our admin costs and the early cancellation fee is per the Consumer Protection Act - service providers are also protected against unreasonable clients. We had more than delivered per our agreements. We refunded her and wished her well.
Best regards,
