Poor service delivery

Never again!!! Please do not use this company!!!! Perfect Pools (Cape Town) quoted for a leaking pipe (R4500). Distance from pool pump to pool is less than 4 meters and they expected my mother (70 plus year old lady) to dig the trench and open the old pipe just for them to replace.
