Terrible service

They advertise free quotations in Gauteng. They make an appointment and then cancel last minute due to rain?? I took time off to meet them and they do not pitch for quote because of rain? Then after a week they all of sudden wants R300 to do quotation? No apologie, nothing?? Just now they want money first??
