Pathetic Customer Service
There customer service is not nearly what it is suppose to be. Just another company that takes your money with a smile, but treat you afterwards like non important afterwards. I decided to cancel it because of it, and I get absolutely no response.

Terrible service
They advertise free quotations in Gauteng. They make an appointment and then cancel last minute due to rain?? I took time off to meet them and they do not pitch for quote because of rain? Then after a week they all of sudden wants R300 to do quotation? No apologie, nothing?? Just now they want money first??

Do not trust this company
Ordered a Jeep Bonnet from them after confirming stock. I paid product and delivery fee immediately. This was on 4 Sep 2023. Since then I had to follow up with them as they gave zero feedback on delivery. On Friday the 15th they confirmed that they do not have stock and will refund. Since them no refund and no communication exept if I asked and then I get short simple responses.

Do not use this people
The people working for them drive like they own the road. They do not use indicators and then chase you down and threaten you if you hoot at them for not driving according to road rules.

Pathetic customer service
<div>First of all they did not deliver on time, and gave the delivery people the wrong adress. Then secondly, the pool heat pump does not perform advertised. They refuse to refund, and comes with all technical BS. Even the calculator on the website sais the pump I got is correct for my pool. Now they sais it is to small for winter. Although it is advertised as All year round heating. The pool does not get warmer than 30 degrees, and I have been running it for more than a week.</div>

False advertising and bad service
They sell you a DIY kit, but it is not DIY. Even their own installer confirmed that they are selling a chinese product that has other sizes than what we use in SA. They do not supply a conversion kit. If you pay extra for the installation kit, they give you a bag full of 50mm fitting but the panel they supply does not have 50mm piping, it is smaller. Gave them an oppertunity to rectify the issue but they pass the ball back to the customer, making their problems , yours.

BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL SINCE last year NOV. Absolutely pathetic after sales service. Will report you to ombuds man if you do not cancel my contract as per my right
