bought a SMEG whistling kettle on 25 Jan 2024 for R1099. To date, the product has not being delivered. Visited the website as per the confirmation e-mail and the site does not exist. To my disappointment, the site doesn't exist. THIS IS A BIG ****. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Payment was through Flutterwave-Africa payment. What a shame.

Purchased Smeg appliances, handmixer and whistling kettle from Kitchen Warehouse. Have now waited longer than the stipulated 3 - 5 days. Having paid for the order in full and is now two and half weeks later, still no sign of my items. Their email address: contact.kitchenwarehouse@gmail.com remains unanswered. When viewing your order an automated message pops up with The link you followed is no longer available

It is a ****! Report them and do not buy!
Beware this is a **** site and your money goes out of the country once you have paid. They are not based in Sandton and you will never see any of the products you bought. They advertise on FB so please report them and if you have fallen victim to them immediately contact your bank’s ***** department.
