Purchased Smeg appliances, handmixer and whistling kettle from Kitchen Warehouse. Have now waited longer than the stipulated 3 - 5 days. Having paid for the order in full and is now two and half weeks later, still no sign of my items. Their email address: contact.kitchenwarehouse@gmail.com remains unanswered. When viewing your order an automated message pops up with The link you followed is no longer available
Good day, And so the saga continues. After ordering and paying for a router on 24 June 2023 and waiting until Wednesday, 12July for DSV to deliver the item, after a numerous number of emails from myself to both DSV and MTN, today I find out that the salesman **** about the product as I have no 5G connectivity in Vanderbijlpark. Furthermore I am out of pocket by R615.43, and this for an item that I cannot now use. On wanting to return the item today, after the MTN agent had tried to get it connected and failed and gave the reasons why, I am informed to contact DSV to arrange a pick up? This was not part of the discussion on the day of purchase. On the day of purchase I was informed that should I cancel the item must be returned to an MTN store. The store at the Riverside Mall in Vanderbijlpark, I have now been informed is a franchised agency and they don’t deal with returns? I must return the item to Morningside, which is 92km from where I live. Give me a break. In a previous email I had stated that the service received by MTN was “Shoddy at Best” but this takes the cake. I have already cancelled both my fibre contracts as a result of receiving a supposed, working system. 1. Someone needs to call me and detail the way forward 2. Take this email as the official notification of cancelation of this product, which I paid for and never used 3. Return of this product will be MTN to arrange 4. Refund the monies owed to me as per above. Proof of payment below in the email chain. 5. I have two other MTN numbers that I will be porting to Vodacom
